I've seen this behaviour many times in the 'Original quote' contest.
The situation goes like this.
Contestant - "This is my entry to the quote design contest. Please vote it." [There's nothing wrong here]
Commenter - "Wow. Amazing. I've never seen this design. I'd definitely wear this. Voted" [There's nothing wrong here too]
The problem starts here if the commenter says this, instead.
Commenter - "Wow. Amazing. I've never seen this design. I'd definitely wear this. Voted .Please vote my design in return" [This is definitely wrong ]. Here people are just exchanging their bribery votes. Isnt this ethical? I see more comments like this, th
